§ II  ·  Thesis

A holding company
for software with a long horizon.

We build software we intend to run for a long time. We don’t raise outside capital for portfolio growth, and we don’t flip companies.

Copps Holdings exists to build and steward independent software brands. Each brand is run as its own product with its own customers, its own roadmap, and the operating discipline to compound over years — not quarters.

We are especially drawn to the unsexy corners of the market: software for camps, schools, small island businesses, and brick-and-mortar SMBs that the rest of the industry has overlooked. Real customers, real problems, durable revenue.

Shared infrastructure across the portfolio — engineering, design, billing, and AI tooling — lets each brand stay small and focused while shipping at the pace of a much larger team.

§ III  ·  Portfolio

Three brands.
One operator.

Each company below is a wholly-owned brand of Copps Holdings LLC. They share infrastructure, billing, and a small operating team — and run their own product surface.
