Who we are
An operator-led portfolio.
Copps Holdings LLC is a privately-held holding company registered in the State of Texas and headquartered in Dallas. We build and operate a portfolio of independent software brands — each with its own customers, brand, and roadmap.
The company is founder-led and operator-run. We don’t raise outside capital for portfolio growth, and we build software we intend to run for a long time.

We’re drawn to the unglamorous spaces — summer camps, schools, brick-and-mortar SMBs, small-island operators. Markets where the customer is real, the problem is real, and the incumbents have moved on.
Generative AI is a leverage tool in every brand we run, but it’s never the pitch. The pitch is the customer’s day getting easier.
